Policies
Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Front desk hours are 8 am to 10 pm and are subject to seasonal variation. Must be 21 years of age or older to check in. A major credit card is required at check-in. Any damage to the property or rule violations incurred during your stay may be charged to your credit card within 14 days of check-out. Absolutely no pets. No smoking.
Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is due at the time of reserving. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If a deposit is not received in a timely manner, the reservation is subject to cancellation. All major credit cards accepted. Validation of a credit card is required at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations within 60 days of scheduled arrivals are subject to a $75 non-refundable fee. Deposits on all reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be forfeited. Cancellations made at 61 days or more in advance of arrival will recieve a full refund.
